Howard Brown, CEO
Mr. Brown, CEO, an innovative, solutions-driven executive with more
than 20 years of experience managing sales, operations, and personnel
at district, regional, and corporate levels for manufacturing companies.
He received his B.S. in International Affairs from the University
of Florida.
Antonio Valencia, Sr
Anthony Valencia Sr., President, brings over 45 years of multifaceted
manufacturing and executive management experience. This
critical experience is needed to develop manufacturing and mass production
facilities, product development, effective inventory management systems,
and safety protocols and process development procedures.
HE received a degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree from Habana
State University.
Chief Financial Officer (To be Announced)
Valencia's CFO, brings over 10 years as an accomplished financial executive with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and demonstrates
experience optimizing revenue streams and shareholder equity as well as resolving key business issues and
implementing profitable solutions. He received a degree as a Certified Public Accountant
and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Director of Power Plant Engineering (To Be Announced)
Valencia's Director of Power Plant Engineering brings over 9 years of electrical design engineering, utility field engineering, and project management experience.
His career has spanned from the design of power plant systems and transmission analysis to project management and procurement.
The individual earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University with an emphasis in power and energy systems.
Brian K. Jones
Mr. Jones, Director of Business Development, brings over 10 years experience in
renewable energy investment banking, project development, and investment analysis.
He received an M.B.A degree in Finance from Iowa State
University. Brian holds his Series 7, 24, 28, and 63 FINRA securities
licenses.
Manufacturing & Design Engineer (To Be Announced)
Valencia's Manufacturing and Design Engineer who has over 10 years experience in manufacturing and mechanical design engineering.
The individual brings over 5 years experience at Motorola as a manufacturing engineer responsible for
coordinating the installation of assembly and robotic machines, product design improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
He received a B.A. in Industry and Technology and has extensive training in various quality management and reengineering disciplines
including Six Sigma, Lean Enterprise, ISO9000 Quality Systems,
Pro Manufacturing, Flow and CNC Training, and TQM.
Dr. Anthony Valencia PhD.
Dr. Valencia, Director of Technology, brings over 21 years
of multifaceted experience that includes work in architecture, product
developement, civil engineering, electronic robotic engineering, and process
development. Dr. Valencia has extensive experience in developing mass
production facilities, computer programming, CAD management, as well
as education and training in management, marketing, science in quantum
mechanics and entanglements.
Ida Perez
Ms. Ida Perez, Marketing Director, brings over 20 years of graphic design,
web data programming and marketing experience. Ms. Perez is a graduate
of Palm Beach Community College and studied at Fashion Institute of
Technology, Fordham University, The New York Academy of Art and the
Brooklyn Museum.
